About Me

I’m rounding the bend on fifteen years in Learning and Development, and a decade in the field of educational technology and procurement. Throughout my career I’ve had the privilege of working with non-profit and for-profit organizations in the U.S. Higher Ed, Commercial Real Estate, Educational Technology, and Finance sector. I’ve worked with organizations to re-strategize training delivery based on U.S. market needs or talent management strategy. As well as with educational consultants to diagnose the root cause of stagnant learner development.

I am most in my element when I am working collaboratively to align business needs to meet standards of operational efficiency that maintain an eye toward transformational learning experiences.
